Vittorio Preteroti, owner of Perbacco was born and raised in Capri Island and moved to United States in 1991.

He believes in the Mediterranean Diet and his Restaurant is a fine expression of this authentic Italian eating philosophy.

Perbacco is truly a rare gem found right in the heart of the theater district in downtown Houston. They serve great authentic Italian food.  Vittorio, the owner and chef is very friendly and accommodating.

​He will modify any of the menu items and fix anything you want as long as he has the ingredients.

Also the Wine selection is wide: containing a variety of red and whites coming mostly from the South of Italy.
